Down
Update: I had a bike that wouldn't lock and I was charged until the bike ran out of battery. several attempts to contact customer service had no response. These bikes work inconsistently and are often low on battery. Availability has become a big issue and I have had a ton of issues with bikes not being able to unlock. Not dependable and im not sure how much I trust it.
Its a good app
Biketown For All is awesome! Thank you!
almost wonderful
Don't know what people are complaining about, this app works perfectly, bikes are nearby, charged, and in good condition.
Have been using biketown bike's for close to a month now and I really enjoyed the service. I've had no issues and the app this far has worked great with no issues. The bikes are comfortable and easy to ride. Highly recommend...
The new e-bikes, unlocking mechanics and app are such an upgrade! So easy to start a trip and get there comfortably now. I really appreciate how hardy these bikes are, especially that the seats are comfortable *and* withstand the PNW rain. Just wipe the seat off even after it's been out in the rain and your britches will stay dry. I have had 2 ride-end issues out of over 100 rides so the system reliability is adequate.
Very generous in a lot of fun.
Convenient when it works, but beware of bikes not locking and poor customer service. I locked an e-bike at a Biketown station, and saw the bike turn off. However, the trip continued in the app and continued to charge me. I tried re-adjusting lock but the bike was clearly turned off. App keep running and charged me $98 after I reported being unable to lock the bike. Customer service said I didn't lock the bike at a Biketown station. I only got a refund because I had a pic of the locked bike.
